Sweat & Kick focuses primarily on high intense cardio fundamentals of kickboxing & Muay Thai.

Muay Thai is a combat sport from the muay martial arts of Thailand that uses stand-upstriking.
Muay Thai is referred to as the “Art of Eight Limbs” or the “Science of Eight Limbs”, because it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, thus using eight “points of contact”, with kicks, punches, knees and elbows.

Beat The Gym Boxing is a class that is structured to show the proper techniques of the sweet science.
Lots and lots of heavy bag work are involved to hone and improve your boxing skill and technique. The striking (punching) and defense techniques that are being taught are actual techniques used in boxing bouts and fight competitions everywhere.
