Core Fitness is a class that is structured to show the proper techniques of the sweet science. Lots and lots of heavy bag work are involved to hone and improve your boxing skill and technique. The striking (punching) and defense techniques that are being taught are actual techniques used in boxing bouts and fight competitions everywhere. This is highly technical instruction at its finest.
