Plyo Box is short for Plyometrics also known as “jump training.”

The combination of cardio, plyometrics and boxing. Plyobox tunes up your “motor skills.” The exercises in this class are based around having muscles exert maximum force in as short a time as possible, with the goal of increasing the 6 components: speed, power, agility, balance, reaction time, and coordination.

You will receive maximum benefit with this class and reach your fitness goals.
