Nelson

Nelson grew up in a military family and struggle with his weight at a young age.  To instill discipline his parents started him swimming at the age of 5, and he went on to play water polo for 14 years.

Nelson is a yellow belt in judo, a blue belt in Brazilian jiu Jitsu, and a Muay Thai fighter and kickboxer.

Over his athletic career, Nelson discover many fitness passions and which pushed him to pursue different goals in his athletic life.  Some of which include running over 14 half marathons, multiple triathlons and competes in crossfit too.

At Sobekick, Nelson gives 500% of his all in every class, and will push you to see how far you can go.  He will help you will find your weakness and transform it into your biggest strength.

To sum it up, Nelson lives and breathes fitness.
