Fast Track Boxing is the class of all classes!  Professionally designed by a Sobekick  Fast Track boxing is a high-intensity cardio explosion that uses all major muscle groups and functions of the body andimplements the best of cross training and strength conditioning.

Fast Track Boxing training consist of HIT (High-Intensity Training) which is a form of progressive resistance exercise characterized by a high level of effort in a brief period of time. In this hour of power, you will burn up to 800-1000 calories and your workout and results will explode to new levels.

Plyo Box

Plyo Box is short for Plyometrics also known as “jump training.”

The combination of cardio, plyometrics, and boxing.  Plyo Box tunes up your “motor skills.” The exercises in this class are based around having muscles exert maximum force in as short a time as possible, with the goal of increasing the 6 components: speed, power, agility, balance, reaction time, and coordination.

You will receive maximum benefit with this class and reach your fitness goals.

Sweat & BOX

Sweat & BOX focuses primarily on high intense cardio fundamentals of BOXING.

It’s highly recommended for those who like to punch to get a great total body workout.

This class is a fast paced all body workout that utilizes an array of punch combinations on the heavy bad. We guarantee that you will sweat and kick off those pounds in no time.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai is a combat sport from the muay martial arts of Thailand that uses stand-up striking.

Muay Thai is referred to as the “Art of Eight Limbs” or the “Science of Eight Limbs”, because it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, thus using eight “points of contact”, with kicks, punches, knees, and elbows.

You will gain knowledgeable fighting skills and get in extreme shape.
